Orders & shipping
How much is shipping?
Orders over $49 ship free. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $4.99.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS, whichever gets your order to you best.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or military address?
Not right now. We're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so please use a street address at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see your order status.
AutoShip
What is AutoShip?
Automatic delivery of your pet's food on the schedule you choose. Pick "Subscribe for AutoShip" on the product page and we'll take it from there. How AutoShip works
Do I save money with AutoShip?
On eligible brands, AutoShip takes 5% off every delivery. A few premium brands, like Fromm, set their own pricing and don't allow discounts, so those stay at regular price.
Can I skip, pause or change my AutoShip?
Yes. Sign in, open Manage Subscription, and skip a delivery, pause, change how often it ships, swap flavors or sizes, or update your address anytime.
Can I cancel AutoShip?
AutoShip plans that save 5% can be cancelled after your third delivery. Fromm AutoShip has no minimum and can be cancelled anytime.
Build a Box
What is Build a Box?
Mix and match treats and toys into one box, shipped on your schedule. The more you add, the more you save: 5% off 2 items, 9% off 3, and 12% off 4 or more. Build your box
Can I put food in my box?
Build a Box is for treats and toys. For food, use AutoShip on the food's product page.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items need to be in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email Orders@petbowlz.com to start a return and we'll send you a label and instructions.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Contact us right away at Orders@petbowlz.com and we'll make it right.
Is anything not returnable?
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If your pet just doesn't like a food, please reach out to the manufacturer, since many brands offer their own satisfaction guarantee. Full details are in our refund policy.
Choosing food
I'm not sure which food to pick. Can you help?
Absolutely. Call us at 1-800-960-1882 or email Info@petbowlz.com and tell us about your pet. You'll talk to someone who knows pet nutrition.
How should I switch my pet to a new food?
Go slowly. Over 7 to 10 days, mix increasing amounts of the new food with decreasing amounts of the old one. Our pet care guides have more tips.

We focus on independent, family-made brands like Fromm, NutriSource, VēRUS and Earthborn Holistic, plus treats and toys picked for quality. See all brands
