Cancellation policy

AutoShip subscriptions

When you sign up for AutoShip, you'll receive repeat deliveries on the schedule you choose. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery as it ships. We'll email you before each renewal so there are no surprises.

Managing your AutoShip

You can skip a delivery, pause, change how often it ships, swap flavors or sizes, or update your address at any time. Sign in to your account and open Manage Subscription, or use the links in your order confirmation emails.

Cancelling

You can cancel any AutoShip at any time from your account. There's no minimum number of deliveries and never a fee.
