Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes — always. You can skip a delivery, pause, change how often it ships, swap to a different flavor or size, update your address, or cancel entirely from your account. There’s no long-term commitment.
How do I manage my AutoShip?
Sign in to your account and open Manage Subscription. From there you can see your upcoming order and make any change you need before it ships.
Do I really save money?
On eligible brands, yes — AutoShip subscribers take 5% off every delivery. Some of our premium brands set their own retail pricing and don’t permit discounts, so those stay at regular price. You still get free auto-delivery, free shipping over $49, and the peace of mind of never running out.
Which products can I set up for AutoShip?
All of our dog and cat food is available for auto-delivery. Just look for the “Subscribe for AutoShip” option on the product page.
When will my order arrive?
Your first order ships right away, then automatically on the schedule you choose. We’ll always email you before a renewal so there are no surprises.
What if my pet’s needs change?
That’s what the flexibility is for. Switch foods as your pet grows or their tastes change — and if you’re not sure what to pick, reach out and we’ll help.
