Welcome, PetFlow Customers

PetFlow is closing. Your pet's food doesn't have to change. PetBowlz is a family-owned pet supply store. Our family has run brick-and-mortar pet and farm stores in Central Florida since 1987, and we ship the same premium brands nationwide, including the full Fromm Family lineup, with AutoShip so you never run out.

Make the switch in 3 easy steps

1. Find your food. Search the exact recipe and bag size you ordered from PetFlow, or browse Fromm, Dog Food and Cat Food.
2. Choose AutoShip. Pick how often it ships. Skip, pause, change the date or cancel anytime from your account, with no fees and no commitment. How AutoShip works.
3. We'll take it from there. Orders ship from our Florida warehouse, packed by our own team.

Not sure which recipe you were getting?

Send us your old PetFlow order details, even a screenshot of an order email, and a real person on our team will match the exact recipe and size for you and help you set up AutoShip. Contact us here.

Why pet parents choose PetBowlz

• Family-owned, pet people first. We've helped pet owners choose the right food for nearly four decades.
• The brands you already trust: Fromm, The Honest Kitchen, Earthborn, GO! Solutions, Open Farm, Zignature, Verus, NutriSource and more.
• Fair, honest prices. Fromm is sold at the same price Fromm charges on its own website.
• Flexible AutoShip that works around your schedule, not ours.

Common questions

Is PetFlow closing?

Yes. PetFlow has announced it is closing, and brands like Fromm are helping former PetFlow customers find a new retailer. PetBowlz is ready to take over your regular orders, including AutoShip.

Where can I buy Fromm now that PetFlow is closing?

Right here. We carry Fromm Gold, Classic, Four-Star Nutritionals, Fromm Nutritionals, canned food and treats for dogs and cats. Shop Fromm.

Can I set up automatic deliveries like I had with PetFlow?

Yes. Choose AutoShip on any eligible product page and pick your delivery frequency. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime.

Will my food arrive fresh?

We turn our inventory constantly and ship from our own warehouse, so your bag isn't sitting in a third-party fulfillment center.

PetBowlz is an independent, family-owned retailer and is not affiliated with PetFlow.
